These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 888pkr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888pkr website located at https://888pkr.cam, including all associated content, features, services, tools and information provided therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using any service offered by 888pkr, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

888pkr operates as an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform targeting adult users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, browser or network used to access the Platform.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account"
  The personal account registered by a User on the Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds and participate in promotions.
• "Bonus Funds"
  Any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC"
  Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform, which may include submission of a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or biometric liveness check.
• "Platform"
  The 888pkr website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications or services operated under the https://888pkr.cam domain.
• "Real Money Funds"
  Deposited funds of genuine monetary value held in a User's Account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools"
  Platform features including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cool-off periods and self-exclusion, designed to assist Users in managing their gambling activity.
• "Wagering Requirement"
  The total value of qualifying bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction"
  Any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to, or use of, online gambling services is unlawful or where the Platform is otherwise not authorised to offer services.

To register and maintain an Account on 888pkr, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Misrepresentation of your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Minors and persons under legal guardianship are strictly prohibited from registering.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time during active use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permissible in your location.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion scheme or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5. Single Account: Each eligible person may hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.
6. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account details at all times.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process provided on the Platform, supplying all required information truthfully and completely. The registration form will request personal details including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, contact number and country of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose or transfer your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 888pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 888pkr support immediately at the contact address provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

888pkr is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) frameworks. KYC verification may be requested at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals or when the Platform identifies unusual account activity.

You agree to provide, promptly upon request, any documents reasonably required to verify your identity, age and source of funds. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users include:

• A valid, unexpired Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC); or
• A valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within three months); and
• A selfie or liveness verification as directed by the Platform's verification portal.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. The submission, alteration or use of fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities and permanent forfeiture of all account balances.

All KYC documentation must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. 888pkr will never request that you transmit sensitive identity documents via SMS, social media, WhatsApp or any unencrypted communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

888pkr accepts deposits through the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Available options may include familiar Pakistani payment channels; however, the Platform does not guarantee the permanent availability of any particular payment provider and payment channel availability is subject to change without prior notice.

For informational reference, payment methods that Pakistani users commonly utilise include digital wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, interbank transfer services including Raast, and conventional bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these providers in these Terms does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions, nor does it imply any affiliation, partnership or approval relationship between those providers and 888pkr.

Key terms governing deposits and withdrawals include:

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed during the deposit flow.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method held in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period. The Platform will communicate expected timelines at the time of the request.
• The Platform reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount involved.
• Currency conversion fees, bank charges or wallet deduction fees applied by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the User.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where accepted, are subject to blockchain network confirmation requirements and applicable network fees.

888pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 888pkr promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Unused or unfulfilled bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Sports bets, slots, table games and live dealer games may each carry a different contribution rate as stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address and device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers, including through multi-accounting or collusion, is prohibited.
• Maximum Bet Restrictions: When a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit may apply per round or per bet slip. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Welcome Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new, first-time depositors only. Existing Account holders, including those who have previously closed and re-registered accounts, are not eligible.

888pkr reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any entitlements already earned by a User in good faith at the time of such modification shall be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

All bets placed and games played on 888pkr are subject to the Platform's betting rules, which are published on the relevant product pages. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing any wager.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation notice has been displayed on-screen to the User. The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction or data feed error.
• In-Play Betting: Live betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. A bet at a displayed price is only binding at the price confirmed at the moment of acceptance, which may differ from the price at the time of selection if there is a delay in transmission.
• Maximum Win Limits: Single-event and accumulator maximum payouts are subject to per-bet and per-day win limits as published on the Platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be reduced to the cap amount.
• Match Abandonment: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the relevant outcome is determined, bets will be settled according to the Platform's settlement rules for the applicable sport.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or connectivity failure affecting a game or bet round, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Winnings generated during a verified technical malfunction are not payable.

Users of 888pkr are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or deceptive purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit or otherwise manipulate Platform software, odds algorithms or Random Number Generators;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping or any other form of cheating in games or sporting events;
• Using automated bots, macros or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses or other promotions;
• Transmitting viruses, malware or any other harmful code through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users via any available communication channel;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.

888pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, to withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 888pkr Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, text content, graphics, logos, software code, game assets, odds data and database structures — are owned by or licensed to 888pkr. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modifying or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Publicly displaying or performing Platform content without prior written consent;
• Using any 888pkr trademark, brand name or logo without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will constitute an infringement of 888pkr's rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Gambling losses, regardless of whether they result from Platform use, technical errors or any other cause;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service provided therein;
• Any third-party conduct, including payment provider processing failures or data breaches at third-party level;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

888pkr is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gambling behaviour. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options.

Users are strongly encouraged to utilise these tools proactively. If you believe that you or someone you know may be experiencing a gambling-related problem, you should:

• Activate a self-exclusion or cool-off period immediately through your Account settings;
• Set strict deposit and loss limits before beginning any gaming session;

Gambling should at all times remain a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or escaping personal difficulties. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose, and never chase losses.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time subject to the conditions below.

Termination by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 888pkr support. Before closing, all pending bets will be settled, applicable withdrawal restrictions will apply, and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances will be voided with the bonus balance forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining after settlement will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to standard processing procedures.

Termination by 888pkr: The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, in the event that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity on your Account;
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order;
• You are found to be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, 888pkr reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately held, it will be returned to the User subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888pkr is incorporated and licensed to operate. Specific jurisdictional information is provided to registered users through the Platform's licensing disclosure section.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the Platform's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users, these Terms do not override or supersede any applicable Pakistani law. Where Pakistani law prohibits or restricts activities described herein, those restrictions take precedence and it is the User's responsibility to comply with local legal requirements. 888pkr does not provide legal advice and this section does not constitute a legal opinion on the lawfulness of gambling in Pakistan.

888pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter your rights or obligations — 888pkr will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered Account holders, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Termination provisions above.
